We offer a Vinyasa Flow Yoga in which the movements flow from one to another in conjunction with our breath.
This style blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power into a user-friendly style which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
Every individual can build a healthy body and a calmer mind by practicing yoga in a safe, effective manner. Breathing and moving together offers a natural way to reduce stress.
Our instructors are all trained in accordance Yoga Alliance standards and methodology.

Yoga Therapy/Private Yoga Session
One to one session with a Yoga Therapist. The session lasts for one hour and during the session students will learn how to improve their posture and gain increased understanding of what is going on in their bodies as they engage in or move from posture to posture. Perfect for those with special conditions, new to yoga, the athlete, and the flexibility challenged.
A Yoga therapist is a well trained and experienced Yoga teacher with substantial additional training in therapeutic applications of Yoga and other supporting skills such as anatomy, physiology, ayurveda and skills for working with health professionals.

*Yoga Foundations - A fun, simple introduction to Yoga! You'll learn basic yoga poses in a relaxed environment, while focusing on safe body mechanics. The poses will help stretch, strengthen and release tension in the body while improving concentration. We'll go slowly so you can ask questions, which will help you develop good habits from the start. The session will end with a guided relaxation to reduce stress and quiet the mind. Also, great for anyone looking for a lighter practice.
*All Levels Flow Yoga- A Vinyasa (flow) class designed for students familiar with basic poses.Use modifications to challenge yourself at your own pace and leave feeling more balanced, on the mat & off.
*Gentle Yoga -Beginning your practice or wanting to deepen your practice, return to Hatha (pronounced Hot-ha) Yoga basics. Relaxing, regenerative, meditative, and supportive held poses leave you feeling nourished and well rested. Great for those who are beginning practice and those who have been away for awhile. All levels welcome.
Strength Building Yoga - A well rounded workout, this class incorporates the use of strength training, cardio, and yoga with the help of blocks, straps, and weights. You will increase your muscle tone & mass, improve balance & bone density and reduce risk of injury by building muscles to protect joints. Flow Fit also helps you increase metabolism by adding lean muscle to entire body. (All levels)
Power Flow Yoga- Designed for the yogi who likes to find their “edge.” Vinyasa flow, power poses and inversions maximize our time on the mat. This class is recommended for students with previous yoga experience.
*MatPilates/Coreworks - Fluid, dynamic movement including mat work and balancing sequences will leave you feeling refreshed, in touch with your breath, and feeling strong. Practice Pilates/Coreworks regularly and you will notice more tone in your entire body as well as improvements in range of motion, flexibility, circulation, posture, and abdominal strength -- plus a decrease in back, neck and joint pain! The goal of Pilates is overall body fitness, elongated supple muscles, and balance between body and mind. The emphasis is well rounded complete fitness - building strength and increasing flexibility.
