Cancellation Policy

We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. We appreciate you choosing to book with us here at Loughner Massage and Lash Boutique, however, due to high demand of our technicians and services we require a credit card on file to book an appointment. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. 

 

*Cancellations or reschedules on the day of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. 

 

*After multiple no shows/same day cancelations, a non-refundable prepayment of all future services is required.

 

*Please leave a message on our voicemail if you do not reach us, even on a Sunday!

 

*If a client shows up late for an appointment we will still perform the service for whatever time is remaining and do the best we have with the time allowed. The full price for the time originally marked off will be charged.

 

*Gift certificates and discounts will be voided or redeemed if a 24 hour cancellation notice is not given.

 

*There are no refunds on any services, packages, or gift certificates.
