What is the difference?
CLASSICS
Classic Lash Extensions are one single extension attached to one natural lash.

Hybrid Lash Extensions are a mix of classic and volume lashes. Both are attached to one natural lash.

Lash Extension Aftercare
You will receive a "do" and "don't" list at the end of your service as well as a fresh Spoolie.
​

Avoid sweat, steam & extreme heat for 24-48 hours.
(Cooking/Baking, Smoking, Working Out, Etc.)

Cleanse through your lashes daily with a lash extension friendly shampoo.
(Don't forget to purchase one before you leave!)

Brush your lashes daily & after you shower with a clean spoolie.

Avoid any oil products (including but not limited to Creams, Makeup, Skin Care Products, Etc.)

Do not rub your eyes/lashes.

Do not pull at your eyes/lashes

Do not use an eyelash curler.

Use a Lash Extension Sealant 2-3x a week to prevent everyday oils, moisture, and dirt from damaging your extensions.

Touch Ups are recommended every 2-3 weeks.

Lash Policies
Fill vs. Full Set

1 week and under - 30 minute fill
-
2 weeks and under- 45 minute fill
-
3 weeks and under- 60 minute fill

At 4 weeks, a full set must be booked no matter how many eyelash extensions are left.
Why Booking Your Fills on Time Is Important:
We shed about 1-5 natural eyelashes a day & they grow!
Within that 2-3 week time frame your natural lashes will continue to grow and it is normal to see some of your extensions start to twist/turn.
At every fill your lash artist will remove the grown out lash extensions from your previous fill & replace them with fresh lash extensions in addition to the normal lash fill routine.
This why we recommend sticking to the time frames stated above. If enough time is not booked, your lashes may not be as full as you desire.
Our Lash Artists take great pride in their work & our clients are our walking advertisements.
Quality work is important to both our clients and our employees.
Please understand that we enforce our policies to ensure we can deliver quality work to increase the longevity of your lashes.

Foreign Fills
Every client coming from another studio is required to come in for a scheduled consultation before we book your next appointment.
​
For client safety, we will not work over-top of:

Cluster lashes
-
Improper lash application from any previous eyelash technician

Damaged lashes
If by chance your lashes are not able to be worked on because of the reasons stated above, we will offer a $25 Removal.

If we remove your lashes and your natural lashes are damaged, we recommend to use a lash serum for 3-6 weeks before we apply a full set.
​
If your natural lashes aren't damaged after removal, we can schedule you to apply a fresh full set.

*If you are immediately unhappy with your Eyelash Extensions you must let us know before you leave your appointment so we can try to find a solution immediately.*

*If you leave and you feel as though your extensions are prematurely falling out (and you also feel as if you are using proper aftercare), you must contact us within 24 hours and have one of our Lash Experts offer a free consultation to look at your lashes.*
​
*If we are not contacted and able to immediately evaluate your lashes, we will not be able to diagnose the problem. You will be offered to schedule a touch up to add more lashes or a removal depending on your needs.*
