Classic lash extensions are when the lash tech attaches one single extension to one natural lash, this creates a more natural look while still giving your lashes more length and color!

Volume lash extensions are created when the lash tech attaches 3-5 lash extensions to one natural lash. This creates a fuller feathery look!

Hybrid lash extensions are the use of both classic and volume lash extensions.

Aftercare & Fills

Do not panic if some extensions begin to fall! Please keep in mind that we lose 3-4 lashes per eye per day, and we have shedding cycles that can cause our natural lashes to fall out quicker at different times throughout the year. That is why our touch-up sessions are necessary to help you maintain the beautiful look of your lashes. Suggested maintenance for eyelash extensions is every 2-3 weeks. Some of the "do's and don'ts" for eyelash care include:

Avoiding steam for 24-48 hrs.
Brushing/combing your lashes gently from the middle and going upwards after showering.
Avoiding any oily products applied to your lashes. Use oil free eye makeup remover and wash eyelashes with a lint free wand.
Do not rub your eyes/lashes.
Do not pull at your lashes.
Use only water based mascara. Do not use water proof mascara.
Do not use an eyelash curler.
Use oil free products on or around your face.
Avoid using oil based creams and make up that will cause lashes fall off prematurely.
Wear eye protection in tanning beds. Sweat, extreme heat, and steam can break down the adhesive and causing lashes to fall off.
Always use a good sealant to prevent everyday oils, pollutants, and dirt from damaging your lashes.
Touch Ups are recommended every 2-3 weeks (Use a good Eyelash Extension Sealant at least 2-3 times a week. This protects your lashes from moisture, oil, and dust and will increase the bonding strength).

Always ask your lash technician any questions you may have regarding the proper care for your eyelashes!

Policies

Fill vs. Full Set

A 30 minute fill should be 1 week or under
A 45 minute fill should be 2 weeks and under
A 60 minute fill should be 3 weeks and under
It is not recommended to go over 3 weeks. If that does happen, 75 minutes will be booked, but only if 30-40% of your eyelash extensions are intact.
If it has been over 3 weeks since your last fill and there are less than 30% of your eyelash extensions left, it will be considered a full set and need the full set time booked.
At 4 weeks, a full set must be booked no matter how many eyelash extensions are left.

Why Booking Your Fills on Time Is Important:

Our natural lashes not only shed and fall out, but they also grow. When an eyelash extension is attached to that growing, natural lash, it will start to twist and turn after a couple weeks (give or take a few days). The Lash Tech must remove the extension and replace it with a new one. Removing outgrown eyelash extensions and replacing them, along with the normal lash fill routine, is why we recommend sticking to the time frame stated above. Removal and prepping the lashes can take anywhere from 10-30 minutes, depending on how long you have gone between appointments. If you book a 60 minute appointment 3+ weeks from your last appointment, this could give your lash tech only 30 minutes to do your lash fill Our Lash Techs take pride in their work, and our clients are our walking advertisements. Quality work is important to both our clients and employees. Please understand that we enforce our policies to ensure we can deliver that quality work and that your lashes last.

Additional Information

If you are immediately not happy with your Eyelash Extensions you must let us know before you leave your appointment so we can try to find a solution immediately.

Please keep in mind that each eye can lose 3-5 natural lashes a day which will cause 3-5 extensions to also fall out.

If you leave and you feel as though your extensions are prematurely falling out (and you also feel as if you are using proper aftercare), you must contact us within 24 hours and have one of our Lash Experts offer a free consultation to look at your set. If we are not contacted and able to immediately evaluate your lashes, we will not be able to diagnose the problem. You will be offered to schedule a touch up to add more lashes or a removal depending on your needs.

Coming from Another Studio

Every Client coming from another studio is required to come in for a scheduled consultation before we schedule your next fill or full set.

For the clients safety, we will not work over-top of:

Cluster lashes
Very messy or clumpy work from any previous Eyelash Technician
Damaged lashes

If by chance your lashes are not lash-able because of the above reasons, we will offer to remove them for $25. If we remove your lashes and your natural lashes are damaged, we recommend to use a lash serum for 3-6 weeks before we apply a full set. If your natural lashes aren't damaged after removal, we can schedule you to apply a fresh full set.
